Abby is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions practice group. She focuses her practice on trademark, copyright, data privacy, and transactional matters. Abby regularly assists clients with a variety of these types of matters including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, litigation, and drafting policies and procedures. 

During law school, Abby served as associate editor for the DePaul Law Review, and authored an article published in Volume 68 of the Review. She was also a teaching assistant for Contracts and won the CALI Award for Property in 2017.

While she pursued her degree, she worked as a law clerk at NGE. She also served as a Self-Representation Assistance Project Volunteer at the Chicago Domestic Violence Legal Clinic.
