Emer Simic, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, was recently named Vice President of the Coalition of Women’s Initiatives in Law—Chicago Chapter. She had previously been the organization's Secretary. Emer is also serving on the Coalition’s Chicago board of directors for the 2021-2023 terms. As a member of the Chicago Chapter leadership, Emer will help advance the Coalition’s goal of fostering career advancement and professional development, promoting dialogue and providing a support network among members to help address the many issues facing women lawyers and women’s initiatives today.
