Lee is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions practice group. She focuses her practice on assisting clients with a variety of trademark, copyright, trade secret, and patent matters including litigation, enforcement, prosecution, and agreements. 

Lee has a dedicated pro bono practice with a focus on civil rights litigation. During law school, Lee was a litigation team leader in the Civil Rights and Police Accountability Project of the Mandel Legal Aid Clinic at the University of Chicago Law School on a lawsuit that recently achieved one of Chicago’s largest settlements for wrongly convicted persons. She has served as an intern at The Policing Project at New York University School of Law, the Chicago non-profit Beyond Legal Aid, and the historic civil rights firm People’s Law Office.

While pursuing her degree, Lee worked as a law clerk in the Intellectual Property group at NGE and was a 2019 NGE Summer Associate. She currently serves on the firm's Sustainability Committee, and is a member of the IP-focused Richard Linn American Inn of Court and the National Lawyers’ Guild. Lee also serves on the Boards of Directors of Full Spectrum Features and First Floor Theater, Chicago arts organizations committed to increasing diversity and inclusion in the independent film and theater industries.
