Kaytee is an associate in the Labor & Employment practice group.  She advises clients on developing legal issues at the state and federal level, and drafts labor and employment agreements for corporations and nonprofit organizations.

Before becoming an attorney, Kaytee was a judicial extern for the Illinois Appellate Court and a law clerk for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where she drafted judicial opinions, wrote bench memoranda and drafted motions.  In law school, Kaytee was an Articles Editor for the University of Illinois Law Review and received a CALI Award for Legal Writing and Analysis. She also earned a Pro Bono Notation for contributing over 60 hours of pro bono service. In 2023, Kaytee was one of seven NGE attorneys to receive the Award for Excellence in Pro Bono Service from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Chicago Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
