Neal Gerber Eisenberg is pleased to announce that Litigation partner Eric Y. Choi has been named one of the 2018 “40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch” by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company.
This honor recognizes those attorneys who demonstrate excellence in the legal profession and are viewed as the next generation of leaders and trailblazers by fellow attorneys. Individuals are selected on the basis of peer nominations.
“Eric is a splendid trial lawyer, and our clients greatly appreciate his tenacity, his intelligence, and his can-do, will-do approach to client service,” said Scott J. Fisher, Neal Gerber Eisenberg’s managing partner. “I’ve had the personal pleasure to try cases with Eric, and we are thrilled that he has been chosen to receive such a prestigious and well-deserved honor. It is always gratifying to see recognition for our commitment to exceptional talent and an industrious, collaborative, and inclusive culture.”
Eric represents clients in litigating contract disputes, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, and complex insurance coverage disputes. He also regularly advises corporate and individual policyholders concerning insurance coverage issues and disputes, and litigates whenever necessary.
“I have worked with countless attorneys, and I can attest without hesitation that Eric is one of the most exceptional attorneys that I have come across,” said Jenny S. Kim, Senior Counsel for Complex Disputes and Litigation, Accenture LLP. “Eric’s work ethic and commitment goes beyond merely ‘getting the job done.’ He strives every day to provide exceptional representation and to be of true service to his clients and community.”
Neal Gerber Eisenberg is committed to fostering a firmwide culture where our attorneys shine. The firm is proud that Eric Choi’s dedication to the legal profession and his community has been recognized, and pleased that the Law Bulletin Publishing Company has once again chosen one of our own to be among the “40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch” for the ninth consecutive year.
