On September 17, 2020, Emer Simic participated in the virtual panel “Inventions at the ‘Litigation’ Stage: Inter Partes Review and/or District Court,” during the Inventing and “Reinventing” Under Patent Law Virtual Event hosted by Notre Dame Law School.

Topics included pharmaceuticals development strategy, standards of review, forum shopping, and novel issues that have arisen in IP litigation because of the coronavirus and working remotely.
