On Friday, March 5, Insurance Policyholder counsel Paul Walker-Bright will join the panel "Covered or Not? An Interactive Look at Policy Interpretation 'Tricks of the Trade'" as part of the ABA's Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar.  This interactive panel will debate the rules of insurance policy construction and how they should be applied for logical and consistent results. Contra proferentem, reasonable expectations, illusory coverage, "innocent" insureds, ejusdem generis, mend the hold, and other rules will be used to answer the question: Covered or not?
