Michael Harlin, partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property group, was recently quoted in the Law360 article "Patent Policy to Watch in 2021," published on January 3.  In the article, Mike discusses how the new Congress should revisit Section 101 of the Patent Act to allow more patents on medical diagnostics.  Mike also discusses how Congress should do more to encourage diversity among patent recipients.
