NGE recently served as an advisor to Reyes Holdings on its agreement to sell Reinhart Foodservice to Performance Food Group Company for $2 billion. NGE partner Leah Schleicher counseled Reyes Holdings on the real estate aspects of the sale. The transaction was announced on July 1, 2019, and is expected to close by year-end, pending regulatory approval.
