McLimore co-authored the article "Energy Transfer, Williams, and the Circular Ownership of Stock," published in the May 2017 edition of Bloomberg BNA's Tax Management Real Estate Journal. The article discusses why the attempted merger between Energy Transfer Equity and The Williams Companies fell through.
