Gerry Golden, Of Counsel in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group, participated in the Workforce.com roundtable discussion on "How Employers Should Prepare for a Federal Push to Unionize Workplaces."  The discussion featured a number of topics, including: failure of unionization at the Amazon warehouse in Alabama, which labor sectors could see a push in unionization, and what the labor movement might look like in a few years.
