Sonya Rosenberg, partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment group, was recently quoted in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) article "Does Workers' Comp Cover an Employee's Reaction to a COVID-19 Vaccine?" published on March 17.  In the article, Sonya discusses how employers may be liable if a vaccine benefits the employer and is administered to an employee in the course of work and the shot caused the adverse reaction.
