On Wednesday, July 29, Litigation & Disputes associate Collette Woghiren will be the featured speaker for the webinar "The Undocumented J.D.: The Changing Landscape of Admissibility to the Bar for Undocumented Immigrants," hosted by the Chicago Bar Association.  Collette will provide an overview of the recent decisions addressing whether undocumented immigrants may practice law in the U.S., as well as the impact of the Supreme Court’s decision regarding the Trump administration’s attempt to rescind a program that grants deportation referral to certain undocumented individuals.
