Andrew is a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Insurance Policyholder Practice Groups — a trusted advocate for clients navigating high-stakes commercial disputes and insurance coverage matters across multiple industries, from inception through trial and appeal.
Andrew has an active commercial litigation practice that spans breach of contract claims, business torts, fraud, class action defense, partnership and shareholder disputes, defamation, False Claims Act cases, Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) claims, and high-exposure personal injury suits. He has successfully prosecuted and defended a wide variety of litigation and arbitration matters — earning recognition from the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin as one of the top “40 Under 40 Attorneys to Watch” in 2020.
Andrew also has extensive experience counseling and representing corporate policyholders in a wide range of insurance coverage disputes. Andrew is listed in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business (2026) for “Insurance: Dispute Resolution” and in The Best Lawyers in America (2026) for Insurance Law. A staunch policyholder advocate, Andrew helps policyholders maximize the value of their insurance assets by advising on insurance programs, resolving complex and high-stakes claims, and litigating coverage disputes when insurers deny or limit coverage. Andrew has secured substantial recoveries for policyholders in litigation matters nationwide. He is also a frequent author and speaker on insurance coverage issues, and serves as co-author of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s insurance treatise on the “Duty to Defend.”
