Kathryn L. Kaler


Kathryn is a member of Neal Gerber Eisenberg’s Private Wealth Services practice group. She focuses her practice on sophisticated estate planning and charitable planning for high net worth individuals, families and owners of closely-held businesses. Kathryn has considerable experience drafting estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and additional creative planning devices to promote efficient wealth transfer and asset preservation. Kathryn also advises clients on the formation and operation of nonprofit entities.

Kathryn has been selected by her peers as an Emerging Lawyer in Trust, Will & Estate Planning Law since 2017. She serves as a member of NGE's Sustainability Committee, which develops and oversees firm initiatives designed to reduce NGE's environmental footprint.
