Kathryn is a partner in Neal Gerber Eisenberg’s Private Wealth Services practice group. She focuses her practice on sophisticated tax, trust and estate planning, administration and dispute resolution for high-net-worth individuals, families, and owners of closely-held businesses. Kathryn has considerable experience developing custom estate plans and leveraging estate planning techniques to preserve and transfer wealth to younger generations strategically. She collaborates with clients and their advisors to develop thoughtful approaches to asset protection and multigenerational wealth transfer and preservation. Kathryn also advises clients on all aspects of charitable planning.
Kathryn has been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America since 2023 and has been recognized by her peers as an Emerging Lawyer in Trust, Will & Estate Planning Law since 2017. She is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Winnetka Public School Nursery and also serves as a member of NGE's Sustainability Committee, which develops and oversees firm initiatives designed to reduce NGE's environmental footprint.
