Chadwick advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions, including financing transactions, commercial transactions and joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing transactions, debt and equity issuances and corporate restructurings. His focus is on financing transactions, including secured and unsecured loans, asset-based lending, structured finance transactions and the acquisition, disposition and financing of financial assets. Chadwick has extensive experience in securitization, with an emphasis on mortgage-related transactions, including the purchase, sale, servicing and financing of performing and non-performing residential and commercial mortgage loans, mortgage-servicing rights, servicing advances and other real estate assets.

Clients rely on his experience in handling a variety of complex transactions, which enables him to apply practical solutions in a cost-efficient manner to the wide range of legal issues they encounter.

He has been recognized as highly regarded lawyer in for capital markets (structured finance and securitization) in the International Financial Law Review 1000.
