Sudeep (Su) Dhanoa is an associate in the Litigation & Disputes practice group. He has represented clients across a variety of industries in complex litigation matters involving ERISA litigation, class actions, multidistrict litigation, contract disputes and Section 220 demands. He has extensive experience in every stage of litigation, including trial preparation, discovery, depositions, mediation and settlement negotiations.
Su has served as ERISA litigation counsel for many plan fiduciaries, defending them against breach of fiduciary duty claims challenging the management of 401(k) plans. Additionally, he has represented a trustee for an employee stock ownership plan against breach of fiduciary duty claims and successfully secured the dismissal of claims brought against ERISA plan service providers.
He has also handled numerous commercial litigation matters, including defending an automotive company in a multidistrict consumer class action litigation and representing a multinational retailer in a contract dispute with one of its vendors.
In law school, Su served as the Senior Equity and Inclusion Editor for the Northwestern University Law Review and participated in the moot court program. Su is a former NGE Summer Associate.
