Karma is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group. She assists clients with a variety of corporate matters, including corporate transactions, governance, and commercial matters. Her practice includes advising businesses on day-to-day corporate issues and supporting clients through complex transactional matters.

Before joining Neal Gerber Eisenberg, Karma served as an SEC Legal Scholar in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Most recently, she was a Summer Associate with NGE, where she gained experience supporting attorneys on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.

During law school, Karma participated in the AI Law and Policy Clinic, where she developed AI-based legal aid tools and examined the practical applications, limitations, and legal implications of emerging AI models in the delivery of legal services. She also worked with the Business & Human Rights Lab, researching corporate labor practices, comparative regulatory frameworks, supply chain transparency, and risk management issues affecting global business operations.
