Hannah is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group. Her work includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions and advising on corporate governance and entity formation.

While completing her J.D. and MBA, Hannah worked in the Housing Initiative Transactional Clinic, where she supported complex affordable housing development projects in Chicago. She also interned with the in-house legal team at a public electric vehicle charging company and served as the Director of Outreach and Mentorship at The University of Chicago Women’s Law Caucus. Most recently, Hannah was an NGE Summer Associate.
