Brian is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities group. He regularly represents banks, non-bank financial institutions, corporate borrowers, private equity-backed companies, private equity sponsors and other investors across a broad spectrum of industries and sectors. Brian focuses his practice on matters involving the structuring, negotiation and documentation of a broad range of commercial finance transactions, including acquisition and working capital financings, recapitalizations, refinancings, and other complex financial transactions. He has extensive experience with secured asset-based and cash flow loan transactions, split-lien and first-lien/second-lien structures, and mezzanine and hybrid lending products.

Brian’s practice also includes representing secured lenders in connection with intercreditor and subordination issues, loan workouts, restructuring and UCC Article 9 remedies.
