The article covers Smucker’s recent lawsuit alleging that Trader Joe’s crustless sandwiches and packaging design infringe Uncrustables’ trademarks. Michael explained that the central question in trademark infringement cases is whether consumers are likely to be misled and discussed the broader implications for other major brands seeking to protect their products.
