Labor and Employment partner Kristin Michaels will attend the American Bar Association’s Dispute Resolution Section Spring Conference event, which takes place from April 25 to April 26, in Chicago, IL. On April 25, Kristin will participate in the panel entitled “The Dynamics of Arbitrator Selection And Continued Use,” which will discuss a new study using the largest database on arbitrator selection, revealing why parties choose certain arbitrators and presenting the findings in a format reviewed by experts. Kristin will be joined by Brian Clauss of Clauss ADR, Inc., Edward Patrick McDermott, Distinguished Visiting Professor at the United States Air Force Academy, and James R. Rosenberg of Abato, Rubenstein and Abato, P.A.
