Peter is a member of the Corporate & Securities practice group. He advises clients regarding many types of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions, including real estate joint ventures, in which he represents owners, operators, developers, and investors in connection with the formation of joint ventures for the construction of multi-family residential and retail projects throughout the United States. Peter also counsels clients on general corporate matters such as complex commercial agreements and corporate governance.

During law school, Peter was a member of the Business Law Forum and participated in the Galilee Public Interest Immersion Program. While pursuing his degree, Peter clerked at the City of Chicago Department of Law. He assisted with complaints, prepared memoranda, and created real estate lien and debt letters. Peter was also a 2019 NGE Summer Associate.
