Frank D. Paolini

Partner

Frank is a partner with the firm’s Private Wealth Services practice group. He focuses his practice on complex tax, trust and estate planning, administration, litigation and dispute resolution for high net worth families and individuals. Frank has considerable experience developing tailor-made plans to protect and transfer wealth. He has also represented numerous fiduciaries of trusts and estates in disputes and litigation regarding the management of assets, breaches of fiduciary duty, and other administrative challenges.

Frank also advises nonprofit entities and family offices regarding business operations and strategies and issues related to administrating private foundations and public charities. He collaborates with clients to develop thoughtful approaches to asset protection and multigenerational wealth transfer and preservation.

Frank is a member of the firm's Associate Review Committee. Before joining NGE, Frank was a partner with Dentons’ Trusts, Estates and Wealth Preservation group.
