Her representative matters span complex chemical structures, thrombotic disorders, and trade secret disputes, reflecting a depth of experience in high-stakes intellectual property challenges.

Whitney’s legal perspective is shaped by a robust foundation in scientific research. During her undergraduate studies, Whitney conducted medical research and completed a semester at Oxford University, where public health studies were complemented by a service-learning internship with the British Heart Foundation in London. She then broadened her global perspective at the University of West Indies, Mona School of Nursing in Kingston, Jamaica, engaging in volunteer work and shadowing pharmacists. Her commitment to education continued with an Executive Student Researcher position at the University of the Western Cape in Cape Town, South Africa, focusing on anti-cancer drug development, and as an intern at Howard University College of Medicine, supporting HIV diagnostic efforts.

Before entering law, Whitney taught chemistry, biology, mathematics, and computer information systems at Oakland Community College. Her academic credentials include an M.S. in Finance earned concurrently with her J.D., and a B.S. in Chemistry, demonstrating a rare interdisciplinary mastery.
