Nick is an associate in the Labor & Employment practice group. He advises employers in judicial and administrative proceedings arising under employment and traditional labor laws. Nick also advises employers before disputes arise by drafting employment agreements and assisting with labor-management relations.

While in law school, Nick worked in the Edwin F. Mandel Legal Aid Clinic, focusing on Title VII and ADEA cases; he researched statutes and case law, drafted settlement demand letters, prepared for settlement conferences and worked on appellate briefs. Most recently, Nick was a Summer Associate at NGE
