Grace is an associate in the Intellectual Property group, where she assists clients on trademark, copyright, and patent matters. Her practice spans litigation, enforcement, and prosecution, helping her clients maximize the value of their intellectual property. 

While in law school, Grace served as a representative in the Student Bar Association, head of the Student Bylaws Committee and a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society. Grace received CALI awards for constitutional law and trademark & unfair competition. She also served as the managing editor for the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property. She has worked as a legal extern at Mintel Ltd., where she drafted non-disclosure agreements, oversaw copyright registrations and drafted standardized addenda to vendor contracts. Grace was previously a Summer Associate at NGE.
