Gail is a litigator with extensive experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes, internal investigations, and regulatory matters. She advises companies and individuals across a range of industries on high-stakes matters involving securities fraud, antitrust, consumer protection, business torts, and breach of contract claims.
Gail has led teams through all phases of litigation—from pre-suit strategy through trial and appeal. She is also deeply experienced in managing internal investigations and responding to inquiries from federal and state regulators, including the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other enforcement agencies. She is known for her strategic judgment, clear communication, and ability to navigate complex legal and reputational risks.
In addition to her commercial practice, Gail maintains a strong commitment to pro bono work, including representing survivors of sexual violence at trial. In 2023, she was awarded the Pro Bono Luminary Award by the Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation for this work.
