Emily advises employers on a broad range of workplace matters, helping them navigate employment issues with practical, strategic guidance tailored to their business objectives. Her practice spans employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, workplace policies, restrictive covenants, employee training, and workforce management matters. She also represents employers in employment-related litigation and administrative agency proceedings, including discrimination claims, trade secret and restrictive covenant disputes, and wage and hour class actions.

Before joining the firm, Emily served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Pamela Pepper of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

During law school, Emily served as an Online Executive Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review, worked as a teaching assistant for three courses, and completed an internship with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Chicago. Prior to law school, Emily was an economist and workforce analyst for the Oregon Employment Department in Portland, Oregon.
