He regularly leads complex litigation matters centered on contract interpretation and enforcement, steering intricate discovery phases with a hands-on, end-to-end approach. Eric manages cases from inception through resolution, overseeing pleadings, discovery, expert work, trial, and negotiations. He has extensive experience in private arbitration and proceedings in state and federal courts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
