Eric is a seasoned trial lawyer who concentrates on high-stakes disputes involving major health care and technology service providers across the nation. He regularly leads complex litigation matters centered on contract interpretation and enforcement, steering intricate discovery phases with a hands-on, end-to-end approach. Eric manages cases from inception through resolution, overseeing pleadings, discovery, expert work, trial, and negotiations. He has extensive experience in private arbitration and proceedings in state and federal courts and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

Eric brings a strategic, results‑driven mindset to every engagement. He directs teams across multiple matters while remaining deeply involved in developing litigation strategies that anticipate adversaries’ moves and withstand judicial scrutiny. Known for distilling complex issues into clear, persuasive themes, he positions clients for success in court and arbitration.
