We are proud to share that Steve Pflaum, partner in NGE’s Litigation & Disputes practice group, has been appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) Review Board.
Steve has long championed attorney and judicial ethics. His many ethics-related activities include serving as Chair of the Illinois Supreme Court Committee on Professional Responsibility, including when the Court adopted the 2010 Rules of Professional Conduct. He is also a founding member and longtime Chair of the Illinois Judicial Ethics Committee, and played a key role in the IJEC’s development of what became the 2023 Illinois Code of Judicial Conduct.
