NGE Participates in the 2026 Incorporation and Organization Day

We were proud to participate in the Polsky Center at the University of Chicago’s fifth Incorporation and Organization Day, supporting South and West Side entrepreneurs as they took significant steps toward formally launching their businesses.

During the event, our attorneys joined colleagues from across the legal community to meet with 24 teams and individuals exploring entity formation. In just two hours, six new businesses were formed on site. For many participants, this marked their first opportunity to consult with an attorney and gain clarity on critical early‑stage decisions.

We are also grateful to the Polsky team, law student volunteers, and fellow participating organizations for helping make legal guidance more accessible to our community.
