On Wednesday, July 30, Emer will participate in the panel discussion “The Art of Failing Forward: Personal Stories of Turning Career Missteps into Stepping Stones to Success.” This session will explore how career setbacks can lead to growth. Panelists will also share personal anecdotes of career challenges and lessons learned. This program will discuss reframing failure, navigating challenging moments and using those experiences to support others.
