The U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) guidance and the Supreme Court’s Muldrow decision have significantly shifted employment law standards. This session will discuss court and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) responses and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)/ Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) compliance, including the accommodation of neurodivergent employees. The panel will also propose practical steps to reduce risk.
