He works with clients to minimize tax obligations arising out of business formations, joint ventures, financings, equity offerings, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, and loan workouts. He also represents business entities and high net worth individuals in all phases of tax controversy matters with the Internal Revenue Service and the Illinois Department of Revenue.
