Jackie is a member of the Real Estate practice group, where she represents buyers and sellers of commercial, mixed-use, multiunit residential, and industrial properties nationwide. Jackie’s varied experience in both law and as a real estate agent allows her to have a unique, wholistic perspective on the property sales process.

Prior to studying law, Jackie gained insightful industry experience in real estate while working as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Agent with the Marron Realty Team at RE/MAX. As an agent, Jackie created a lead tracking system and increased prospect conversion rate, resulting in 15% more yearly team sales. She also conducted client in-takes, drafted purchase agreements, and translated closings from English to Spanish.

While she pursued her law degree, Jackie worked as a law clerk with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where she researched and drafted memos related to employment, tax, and contract issues. Jackie also reviewed internal Bank employment practices to ensure compliance with local, state and federal law. Most recently, she worked as a Summer Associate at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP.

In law school, Jackie served as Academic Chair of the Latinx Law Student Association and participated in the Health Law Moot Court Team. She also served as Chief Justice of the moot court honors program.
