Tina focuses her practice on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity financings, strategic partnerships, corporate restructurings and general commercial arrangements. Tina works with strategic investors, private equity and venture capital funds, family offices and management teams in a broad array of industries, including technology, financial services, healthcare and food and beverage.

Tina’s experience extends to acting in an outside general counsel capacity for companies throughout their life cycle, offering comprehensive assistance with entity formation, incentive equity structures, restructurings, corporate governance, shareholders’ agreements and general corporate matters.

In addition to her broad corporate practice, Tina provides strategic counsel on partnership matters for funds and their management teams.

Tina was named as one of the "Notable Women in Law” by Crain’s Chicago Business in 2022. Tina is the co-chair of NGE’s Women's Network and a member of the Associate Review Committee.

  • Represented National Medical Billing Services (NMBS), an industry-leading health care revenue cycle management company, in its sale to Aquiline Capital Partners, a private investment firm.
  • Represented National Medical Billing Services (NMBS), in its acquisition of MedTek, LLC, a leading provider of RCM solutions to medical service providers.
  • Advised Marathon Capital, LLC, in its strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC).
  • Served as counsel to AMOpportunities in its $2 million Series A2 funding round.
  • Advised Spend Matters in its investment from private investment firm Copley Equity Partners.
  • Represented client Savencia Fromage & Dairy, a leading global milk processor and the fifth-leading cheese manufacturing group worldwide, in its acquisition of Hope Foods, for an undisclosed amount.
