Understanding and Surviving in the NLRB's New Age

Labor and Employment Associate Sonya Rosenberg authored the article "Understanding and Surviving in the NLRB's New Age"  for the Winter 2013 issue of the Illinois Manufacturer.

Abstract: The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is beginning to play a more active role in the advancement of employer policies and procedures. The Board promises to be more responsive regarding effectively dealing with the presence of social media in the workplace. Additionally, the NLRB will provide more precise procedures in regard to confidentiality and at-will employment.
