Jason Kim, partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment group, was recently quoted in the Law360 article "3 Emerging Issues for Unions and Employers as Crisis Shifts," published on February 16.  In the article, Jason discusses how employers should approach vaccination programs with unionized employees, plus how unions may seek to keep work-flexibility rules offered during the pandemic, but are not included in collective bargaining agreements.
