Angela Elbert, chair of the firm’s Insurance Policyholder group, was recently quoted in the Claims Journal article “Lawsuit Tests State’s Request That Insurers Be Generous with Civil Unrest Claims,” published on February 3.  In the article, Angela discusses how the Illinois Department of Insurance has limited ability to require insurers to adjust civil unrest claims in accordance with the Department's guidelines.
