On Wednesday, October 21, Litigation partner Tonya Newman moderated the panel discussion "Unsafe at Any Speed? Clearing the Standard of Care Bar for AI Systems and Robots" as part of the American Bar Association's Artificial Intelligence and Robotics (AI) Virtual National Institute 2020 series.  The panel discussed how businesses should determine how much to spend on safety programs for AI, and how sellers and buyers of these technologies can mitigate their product liability risks.
