On December 6, 2019, Sonya Rosenberg and David Weldon presented on "Employee Privacy: New Illinois Law and Other Relevant Rules" at the Institute for Law and the Workplace Employment Law Conference, hosted by the Chicago-Kent College of Law.  Sonya and David's presentation discussed protections afforded employees under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).
