Laura is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice group. She focuses her practice on assisting clients with a variety of trademark, copyright, trade secret, and patent matters including litigation, enforcement, prosecution, and agreements.
At USC, Laura was a research assistant for a forensic linguist and assisted her with testimony in two high-profile trademark cases. She also pursued an independent study on trademark law, linguistics and “genericide.” She later became a trademark intern at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton’s office in Atlanta. During law school, she was President of the Intellectual Property Society. She became a Summer Associate at Modrall Sperling in Albuquerque and, most recently, a Summer Associate at NGE.
