Kelly is a member of the Real Estate practice group. She has experience representing clients in a wide range of M&A transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing matters, joint ventures and financings for industrial, warehouse, self-storage, manufacturing, office, hotel, casino, agricultural, mobile home and marina properties nationwide.
Prior to pursuing her law degree, Kelly gained pivotal corporate and industry experience working at IBM and Boeing. While in law school, Kelly worked as a real estate acquisitions intern at a privately held, Detroit-based real estate investment management firm.
In law school, Kelly served as co-president of the Women Law Students Association, graduate co-president of the Michigan Real Estate Club and president of the Real Estate Law Society.
Before joining NGE, Kelly was a real estate associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis.
