Jonathan is a member of the Corporate & Securities practice group. He advises clients regarding many types of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and debt restructuring as well as general corporate matters such as complex commercial agreements and corporate governance.
He has broad experience representing financial institutions as agents and lenders, and private equity firms and corporate entities as borrowers in sponsor-backed acquisition financing. In addition, he has represented companies as borrowers for a range of financial offerings, including asset-backed loans and securitizations.
In law school Jonathan was involved with the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology as well as the Harvard Law and International Development Society.
