Elaine is a partner in the Corporate & Securities practice group and a former general counsel of a number of companies, including print and digital media, energy and health care technology companies. She possesses an exceptional understanding of how to guide her clients pragmatically through the issues they face, based on her years as a general counsel and as outside counsel. She has extensive experience representing clients in corporate and commercial transactions, financings, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities compliance and offerings and strategic relationships and joint ventures. She regularly advises her clients on complex commercial contracting matters and corporate governance matters. Elaine advises companies in a wide range of industries, including financial services, health care technology and SaaS companies.
Elaine excels at quickly gaining a deep understanding of her client’s businesses and needs and building long-term relationships with her clients, from start-ups and investors to public companies.
