Daniel L. Organ is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions practice group. Dan focuses his practice on preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patents in a variety of technical fields, including electrical, software and telecommunications. He is experienced in drafting opinions regarding invalidity and non-infringement of issued patents and pending patent applications, and preparing Amicus Briefs for IP industry professionals for submission to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
While earning his law degree, Dan was the Case Summaries Editor for the Journal for Art Technology and Intellectual Property (JATIP), and was also a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society. As an undergraduate, Dan was a member of Engineers Without Borders (EWB).
