Brian is a member of the Corporate & Securities practice group. He advises clients regarding many types of corporate transactions, including leverage finance, restructuring, capital markets, M&A transactions and public company representation.
He has broad experience representing borrowers and lenders in leverage finance transactions including cash flow and asset-based loans, acquisition financings and cross-border transactions. He also regularly counsels clients on corporate governance issues, including activist shareholder takeover defense and drafting corporate bylaws and other organizational documents.
In law school Brian was symposium editor for the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform. He was a Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow, Domestic Violence Legal Clinic (Chicago, 2015) and continues on there as a Junior Board Member.
