Audrey serves as outside general counsel for developers, landlords, tenants and other companies with respect to their commercial real estate and business operations throughout the country. She handles all aspects of real estate projects, including initial structuring, development, syndication, financing, leasing and management. She has participated in numerous LBOs where she guided both the real estate and corporate sides of the transactions as well as the financing components. Clients benefit from her experience in overseeing ancillary matters associated with their properties and transactions, including commercial and personal injury litigation, intellectual property issues and insurance claim monitoring.

A substantial portion of Audrey’s practice is devoted to counseling clients on domestic and international commercial property management and leasing for office, retail, industrial, single-use and mixed-use properties. She served as a special assistant corporation counsel for the city of Chicago a number of years ago, working as a consultant to the city’s Finance and Real Estate Departments. She works extensively with both landlords and tenants, and this combination of experience enables her to navigate both sides of any lease transaction to a successful conclusion for all parties involved. Audrey represents several of the largest landlords in Chicago, Boston, Michigan and Florida in all of their commercial leasing operations.

Audrey’s entrepreneurial mindset enables her to independently carry deals to closing with minimal involvement from clients except when they need to make critical decisions along the way. Clients value her talent for working with them to identify what is important to them to ensure they accomplish their objectives in every deal.
