Seth D. Lamden, partner in the Insurance Policyholder practice group, moderated a panel at the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section: Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee Regional Meeting in Chicago on January 26, 2017. The panel was titled “Insurance Coverage for Product Liability Claims” and discussed the role that insurance plays in attempting to resolve product liability claims and the key issues in determining whether a product liability claim is covered.
